Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto Areas To Reach Hit Record-High Temperatures Again Monday

With a forecast high in the mid-70's today, this will be the 16^th day of 70-degree temperatures in February, which beats the old record number of 70 degree days of 12 in 1988.
