Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op adding self-checkout lanes
Shoppers at the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op will soon have a faster, more convenient way to check out.
The co-op on R Street started installing four new self-checkout machines this week.
Store managers say they hope this will make busy trips through the store quicker, without losing that community feel.
"There's a lot of people that want this experience," said Brian Munn, president and general manager of the co-op.
Installation, which started Monday, is expected to take a few days.
The hope is to have the machines live by the end of the week.
