Sacramento Man Faces 20 Year Prison Sentence After Punching Court Security Officer In Face

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A man was indicted by a federal grand jury today for assaulting a court security officer outside of a courthouse in Sacramento, announced the district attorney's office.

Adam Fuller, 33, of Sacramento, was charged with punching the officer in the face and injuring him.

If convicted, The D.A.'s office said Fuller faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
