Sacramento Man Accused Of Killing His Own Mother

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - Authorities say a Sacramento man has been arrested in the killing of his 88-year-old mother, who was found at home with a head injury.

Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies on Sunday arrested 55-year-old Karl Hutton on murder charges after his mother died in a hospital.

Authorities say deputies were called to a home where they found the woman with a serious head injury. Investigators say Hutton attacked his mother after an argument.

Hutton was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail, where he is being held without bond.
