Sacramento Fire Responding To Hazmat Situation Near Del Paso Boulevard
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The Sacramento Fire Department is responding to a hazmat situation in Sacramento.
According to firefighters, the incident happened on the 2900 block of Marysville Boulevard just before 5 p.m.
Hazmat crews responded to the scene to run tests and try and identify a suspicious odor coming from a drain.
The fire department said the odor eventually dissipated and crews flushed the storm drain with 1,000 gallons of water.
The scene has been cleared.
