Sacramento cyclist killed in crash near Fruitridge Road

Sacramento Police said a cyclist was killed in a crash Tuesday evening.

Around 7:45 p.m., officers responded to a crash near Fruitridge Road and Ethel Way.

The cyclist was given first aid but died at the scene.

Police said the driver stayed at the scene, and that a DUI is not a factor at the time.
