Sacramento Area Sandbag Locations

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — With more rain on the way, people are keeping a close eye on waterways ready to rise. If you're worried about flood conditions where you live, here's where you can pick up some sandbags.

If you don't see your location, email news@kovr.com with the subject line "Where Are My Sandbags" and tell us where you're from. We'll get it up as soon as we can.

SACRAMENTO COUNTY

  • The county has four self-serve locations open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday through Friday.
  • Bring your own shovel
  • Limit 20 sandbags

WEST SACRAMENTO

  • Limited to city residents, 10 bags per city address.
  • Port of Sacramento open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., sand and bags provided
  • 1801 West Capitol Ave. open all day. Residents need to bring their own bags.

PLACER COUNTY

  • County site offers full list for unincorporated areas
  • AUBURN
    • School Park Preserve parking lot, 55 College Way. Limit 10 bags
  • LINCOLN
    • Lincoln Library, 485 Twelve Bridges Dr.
    • Joiner Park, 1701 Nicolaus Rd.
    • McBean Park, 17 McBean Park Dr
  • ROCKLIN
    • Rocklin Corporation Yard, 4081 Alvis Ct.
  • ROSEVILLE
    • No locations yet, but three planned if waters rise
