Sac State Students Arrested For Tagging Areas Around Campus

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento State University Police say that three students have been arrested for tagging numerous areas around campus.

A total of four individuals were arrested on Wednesday after police officers were tipped off about people painting graffiti inside the Esplanade tunnel. Officers got the scene and found that three of the suspects were Sac State students.

More graffiti was found at the Guy West Bridge, Sequoia Hall and Del Norte Hall, police say.

The suspects are facing prison time and a $50,000 fine if convicted of the vandalism.
