Republic FC releases new renderings of Sacramento Railyards stadium, fan input sought
SACRAMENTO – Sacramento Republic FC is turning to fans to get their input on what they want in the new stadium in the works at the Railyards.
Brand new renderings of the stadium were released on Tuesday.
The club also announced that they want to transform fans' match day experience. A survey is now live on Republic FC's website and will be up for the rest of the month.
Republic FC says their goal for the new stadium is to make fans' matchday experience "unforgettable" – and build a venue that will meet the needs of the club and community for years to come. The club says they are at a critical point in the process where they want the community to have a voice.
In the survey, fans can give feedback on seating options. Fans will also vote on food and beverage options, and also pick ways to get to and from the stadium.
In the coming weeks, Republic FC will also host additional focus groups and forums for fans as the project moves forward.
Anyone interested in joining a focus group can sign up at the end of the survey.
The club says the groundbreaking at the Railyards will be later this year and is scheduled to be complete in 2027.
