Bomb Squad Investigates Suspicious Package Left Outside The Sacramento Bee
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - The latest on a suspicious package investigation outside the Sacramento Bee Thursday morning:
9:20 a.m.
Police say a bookbag was found at the scene outside the Sacramento Bee's main building, but nothing significant was found inside.
Officers have called an all clear and are now starting to leave the scene.

Employees at the Sacramento Bee are now being let back into the building.
8:15 a.m.
Police are investigating a suspicious package that was left outside the Sacramento Bee's building Thursday morning.
The scene is at 21st and Q streets.

Sacramento police confirm they were called to investigate a suspicious at the scene. A bomb squad is at the scene.
According to an article on the Sacramento Bee's website, a suspicious package was found by a security guard outside the newspaper's building.
Sacramento Bee employees are being asked to leave the building.

Sacramento police say they are not aware of any recent threats made against the Bee.
Q Street between 21st and 22nd streets is closed due to the investigation, police say.
