Ryan Roberts, Man Convicted Of Killing Jessica Funk-Haslam, Sentenced To Prison

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - The man convicted of killing a 13-year-old girl has been sentenced to life in prison.

Ryan Roberts was found guilty on all counts back in 2015 for the murder of Jessica Funk-Haslam.

Sacramento Superior Court says Roberts was sentenced on Friday to 25-years-to-life, plus another year for a weapons enhancement.

Sentencing had been delayed in late 2015 due to questions over a juror's tweets.

Funk-Haslam was found dead at a Rosemont park in 2012.
