Police: Roseville McDonald's Employee Attacked While Confronting Transient Disturbing People In Drive-Thru
ROSEVILLE (CBS13) – Officers are investigating an attack that happened at a McDonald's parking lot in Roseville on Tuesday morning.
The scene is at the restaurant near the intersection of Cirby Way and Sunrise Avenue.

Roseville police say, a little before 8 a.m., an employee of the McDonald's confronted a homeless person who was disturbing customers in the drive-thru and asked the transient to leave. The employee was then attacked with a butter knife.
The attack caused superficial wounds to the employee. That employee has been taken to the hospital, but the injuries are considered not life-threatening.
Officers say the transient has been taken into custody and is facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon, police say.
The restaurant remains open after the incident.
