Roseville Man Accused Of Calling Police And Threatening To Hurt Officers

ROCKLIN (CBS13) – A Roseville man has been arrested on allegations he made threatening phone calls towards police.

The Rocklin Police Department says they started getting threatening phone calls from a man just before 7 p.m. Saturday. Police say the man threatened to injure Rocklin police officers.

Authorities quickly identified the man as 26-year-old Tyler Hart.

Police say Hart also started calling the Roseville Police Department and again threatened to harm Rocklin police officers.

Officers were soon at Hart's door near Cedar and Main streets in Roseville and he was arrested.

Hart is being  held at Placer County Jail and is facing charges of threatening crime with intent to terrorize and obstructing or resisting an officer.
