Suspect in Roseville criminal threats investigation arrested after barricading in Fair Oaks home
FAIR OAKS – A suspect barricaded in a Fair Oaks home Thursday afternoon was taken into custody hours later.
The Roseville Police Department said around 3 p.m. a suspect wanted in connection with making threats within the city was barricaded in a home on Isabella Avenue in the Fair Oaks area of Sacramento County.
Police could be seen blocking off Isabella Avenue. Deputies from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene to assist Roseville police.
By about 5:15 p.m., the suspect was taken into custody.
Police identified the suspect as 56-year-old James Lee Dougan of Sacramento.
