River Rescue Call Is Fifth In Less Than Two Weeks At American And Sacramento River Confluence
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A male swimmer is being searched for after trying to swim across the river, in the fifth call for rescue in the area in less than two weeks.

The swimmer tried to make it across the American and Sacramento River confluence but went under and didn't come back up.

Rescue crews say it's the fifth time in the last two weeks they've been called out to the area for a rescue.
