Rio Vista fire respond to RV fire that nearly spread to boat storage facility
The Rio Vista Fire Department put out an RV fire that nearly spread to a boat storage facility on Friday night.
Just after 11 p.m., crews responded to an RV fire at River Road and Highway 12. According to the Fire Department, the fire was spreading to tires that were stored near the vehicle.
There was also danger to a boat storage facility, but officials said the exposure threat was mitigated.
Rio Vista crews got help from the Montezuma Fire Protection District, and they were on scene for about two hours, the Fire Department said.
The Suisun City Fire Department also provided help.
