Recalled Mandarin Oranges Sold At Walgreens Could Contain Glass

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A voluntary recall has been issued for mandarin oranges that were sold nationwide at Walgreens and could contain pieces of glass.

The oranges are packaged in an 8-ounce bottle with the label "Nice! Mandarin Oranges", says the product's maker, Milky Way International Trading Corp.

So far, three people have said they found glass in their oranges, and one person says they were injured.

The oranges have the item number 80895. The products affected by this recall have the following information:

The oranges have been removed from Walgreens stores.

The company urges anyone with the product to call 1.562.921.2800 Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
