Woman sent to hospital after crash into canal in Rancho Cordova
RANCHO CORDOVA – A woman was taken to the hospital after crashing into a canal in Rancho Cordova Saturday night.
Sacramento Metro Fire responded to Dolecetto Drive near Chassella Way for a crash shortly after 8:45 p.m.
This is where crews said they found a vehicle upside down in a canal.
One person was pulled from the vehicle and assessed at the scene. Crews said she was taken to the hospital for further treatment.
The Rancho Cordova Police Department is at the scene investigating the crash.
