Quincy Acy Signs With Mavericks

According to Shams Charania of The Vertical, free agent Quincy Acy - who spent nearly two of the last three seasons with the Sacramento Kings - has agreed on a two-year deal with the Dallas Mavericks.

The 25-year-old played in 59 games (29 starts) with the Kings, averaging 5.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in just 14.8 minutes per game with a 55.6 field goal percentage.

Acy has been a Kings twice in his career - he was traded with Travis Outlaw in 2014 to the New York Knicks for Wayne Ellington and Jeremy Tyler, but was signed right back to the Kings the following offseason.

Now with the Mavericks, he will most likely back-up new free agent acquisition Harrison Barnes at the small forward position.
