Police: Woman Put Bug Spray On Her Husband's Pills

BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (AP) — Police in Maryland have arrested a woman they say put bug spray on her husband's heart pills after an argument.

Anne Arundel County Police say the man and his wife argued Monday evening, and he went to a relative's home for a while. Police say when the man returned to his home, he started to take a pill, but when he opened the bottle he noticed the pills sticking together with residue on them. Authorities say the man also smelled bug spray.

Police were called, the woman was arrested, and officers say one of the man's pills was found in her pocket during the search.

Thirty-nine-year-old Sandra Jeane Skyrczuk has been charged with poisoning, assault and reckless endangerment.
