Police: Man Being Evicted Refusing To Come Out
CITRUS HEIGHTS (CBS13) - Police have surrounded a Citrus Heights home where a man is believed to be hiding from officers.
The home is in the 7000 block of Mariposa Avenue, just east of Sylvan and Old Auburn roads.
Police say the man has refused commands to come out.
No weapons are involved in the incident, authorities say. Negotiators with the Citrus Heights Police Department are said to be trying to convince the man to come out.
