Police Seek Parents Of Little Girl Found Wandering Lodi Street

10:25 a.m. UPDATE: Police say they have found the girl's parents.

LODI (CBS13) – Police are asking for help in finding the parents of a little girl found wandering a Lodi street Wednesday morning.

According to the Lodi Police Department, the girl was spotted walking alone along the 400 block of N. Church Street.

Officers are currently canvassing the neighborhood. The girl, who police say appears to be 3-years-old, has been taken to the county children's shelter for the time being.

It is unclear how the girl got into the situation. Police say they will investigate for possible neglect if they can't find the girl's parents.
