Missing Sacramento Teen Considered At-Risk

Update (11:55 a.m. on 10/11/16): The missing teen has been found safe, according to a statement from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department. Previous story below.

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Authorities are asking for the public's help to locate a missing teen who is considered to be at-risk.

Seventeen-year-old Jennifer Natividad was last seen Monday in the area of Circle Parkway and Forest Parkway in South Sacramento around 5:30 p.m. just before she ran away from home.

She is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds, and was last seen wearing a long-sleeved button up shirt tucked into blue jeans, according to a statement from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.

Natividad is developmentally disabled and takes medication daily for various conditions.

Anyone who knows about her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
