Police: Rocklin Teen Used Cinderblock In Attack

ROCKLIN (CBS13) – Police say that a Rocklin teen is under arrest for attacking two people – allegedly using a cinder block in one attack.

The incident happened Saturday along the 5000 block of 4th Street, according to the Rocklin Police Department. Officers were called to the scene due to a reported fight in the area.

Sorting out the scene, officers say they determined that 19-year-old Rocklin resident Devin Davis had attacked two people. Officers allege that Davis threw large cinder blocks at one of the victims.

Other suspects are believed to be involved in the attack but they had gotten away by the time officers got to the scene. They have not been identified by police.

Davis was arrested and is now facing battery and assault with a deadly weapon charges.
