Police: Man, 57, Killed By Stray Bullet In Stockton
STOCKTON (CBS13) - Police say an innocent man was hit and killed by a stray bullet in Stockton Thursday night.
The incident happened along the 800 block of W. Ponce De Leon Avenue. Officers responded just before 8 p.m. after a report of multiple shots being fired.
At the scene, officers found a 57-year-old man who had been hit by a stray bullet. He was inside of a home, police say.

The man was soon pronounced dead at the scene.
