Police Investigating Shooting Near Vacaville Outlets
VACAVILLE (CBS13) – Police are investigating a shooting near the Vacaville Premium Outlets late Sunday afternoon.
According to the Vacaville Police Department, the incident happened near Nut Tree Road and Orange Drive a little before 5 p.m.
Police say two cars were involved in a drive-by shooting in the area.
One man later showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot wound. His condition has not been released.
Traffic along westbound Orange Drive was shut down between Nut Tree and Interstate 505.
Police later located one of the cars connected to the incident at a Park & Ride location in Davis. The second car, only described as a black Mercedes, is still outstanding.
