Police: Dissatisfied Customer Shoots At Stockton Taco Truck

STOCKTON (CBS13) - Officers investigating a shooting in Stockton also found themselves arresting a DUI suspect.

The incident happened Sunday night near Fremont and Filbert Streets. According to the Stockton Police Department, officers responded to scene to investigate a reported shooting.

A customer of a taco truck in the area who was apparently dissatisfied with his food pulled out a shotgun and shot at employees, officers discovered.

No one was hurt in the shooting, but the taco truck was hit by the gun

fire. Few details about the suspects are available.

The officers had to spend a little more time at the scene, however.

A little while into the shooting investigation, police say a vehicle rear ended their patrol car. Officers say the driver, identified as 56-year-old Gustavo Solis, tried to take off, but was quickly pulled out of his car.

Officers say Solis had a blood-alcohol level of over twice the legal limit. He was arrested and is now facing DUI and other traffic charges.
