Police: Body Found In SUV At Fresno Motel May Be Missing Man

FRESNO, Calif. (AP) — Police in central California say a body found in a sport-utility vehicle parked at a motel may belong to a man reported missing.

Fresno Police Lt. Joe Gomez tells the Fresno Bee (http://bit.ly/2c6gsMg) the body was discovered Friday at a Fresno motel and that it doesn't appear the man was the victim of foul play.

The SUV was rented to 32-year-old Devin Nelson Strunk, who was last seen Aug. 20, when he rented the car at Fresno Yosemite International Airport.

When police issued the alert for Stunk, it was reported he suffered from depression and had told friends he might visit Yosemite National Park.

The Fresno County Coroner's Office has not identified body.
