Pharmacy Robbery Suspects Sought
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The Sacramento Police Department has released surveillance footage of two men wanted for a brazen armed robbery of an east Sacramento pharmacy.
Police say the incident happened just before 1:30 p.m. back on March 14. Two men entered the 3700 block of J Street pharmacy and one of them pulled out a gun. The other man then pocketed some of the pharmacy's prescription medications.
The suspects eventually took off in a car – described as a newer, silver Ford Fusion – waiting just outside the pharmacy.
Investigators believe that the robbery could be related to another incident that happened back on Jan. 14 at another pharmacy along the 7600 block of Hospital Drive.
