Person Found Shot To Death Inside North Highlands Home

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — An investigation is underway into a shooting in a Sacramento County neighborhood that left one man dead.

Officials say it happened inside a home on Monteagle Court and Hillsdale Boulevard around 9 p.m. Thursday night.

The victim is a 43-year-old man who was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at scene

Sacramento County sheriff's deputies say the incident all started with some kind of argument in the house.

Deputies later arrested Robert Gene McCormack in connection with the shooting.
