Person Found Fatally Stabbed In Stanislaus County

STANISLAUS COUNTY (CBS13) - Deputies are investigating a deadly stabbing west of Oakdale Thursday morning.

The scene is along the 9000 block of Sawyer Road.

Stanislaus Sheriff says one victim was found at the scene. That person has since been pronounced dead at the scene.

A man has been detained in connection to the incident, deputies say.

Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident.
