Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Hit-And-Run Driver In North Highlands
NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) — A pedestrian was struck and killed in a hit-and-run accident on Monday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Witnesses say a Nissan Pathfinder struck a pedestrian and left the scene at Auburn Boulevard and Madison Avenue.
The woman was struck while crossing Madison Avenue. It's unknown if she was in a crosswalk, or crossing the street legally.
