Pedestrian Crossing Street Hit By Car In Elk Grove, Police Say
ELK GROVE (CBS13) – Authorities are investigating after a pedestrian crossing the street was struck by a car on Monday night, the Elk Grove Police Department said.
The vehicle hit the pedestrian at around 8 p.m. while they were crossing Laguna Boulevard near Trenholm Drive.
The driver stopped and cooperated with the police.
Police are investigating whether drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
