Pair Robbed While Loading Groceries Into Car
STOCKTON (CBS13) – A man and a woman were the victim of a violent robbery at the Food 4 Less parking lot Wednesday evening.
According to the Stockton Police Department, a 42-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were loading groceries into their car just before 7:30 p.m. when two suspects walked up to them. Police say the suspect then hit the man in the head, knocking him out.
The two suspects then stole the woman's purse and took off in a black Audi sedan with paper plates.
No other details about the suspects have been given.
The man hit over the head had to be taken to the hospital to be treated for the strike to his head.
