Southbound I-5 Reopens After Overturned Big Rig Blocked Lanes Near Woodland

WOODLAND (CBS13) -- An overturned big rig closed all southbound lanes on Interstate 5 near Woodland for hours this morning. The roadway reopened just before 9 a.m.

The crash happened around 5:15 a.m. near County Road 102. Traffic is being diverted to State Route 113.

Caltrans cautioned travelers heading to the Sacramento airport from Woodland to expect delays and are encouraged them to use an alternate route.

The California Highway Patrol reported no injuries.
