17-Year-Old Suspected Of Brutally Beating Man In Oroville

OROVILLE (CBS13) – Police in Oroville have arrested the suspect they say brutally beat a man, leaving him in a pool of blood.

Police say a 17-year-old male juvenile is responsible for the incident, which happened just before 1:30 yesterday morning near Myers and Corto Streets.

There officers found a severely beaten man in the roadway. He remains in critical condition.

Police say they located the suspect yesterday afternoon.

Due to the suspect's age, his name will not be released.
