No Injuries After Small Plane Crashes In Santa Paula

SANTA PAULA, Calif. (AP) — Fire officials say a small plane has crashed near a Southern California airport but no one has been injured.

It happened around 2:30 p.m. Monday.

The Ventura County Fire Department says the aircraft came down in an area of brush near the Santa Paula Airport.

The fire department says on Twitter that two passengers walked away without injuries.

A spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
