Naked Man Running Through Rocklin Neighborhood Arrested After Numerous 911 Calls

ROCKLIN (CBS13) — Rocklin Police say they arrested a man after reports that he was running around a neighborhood naked and pleasuring himself on Saturday.
Frederick O'Brien, 50, was arrested in the nude near Rocklin Road and Aguilar Road.
Several officers responded after 911 calls from neighbors reporting O'Brien was naked and masturbating.
O'Brien was arrested and booked into Placer County Jail on indecent exposure charges. His bail was set at $50,000.
