Midtown Sacramento Traffic Stopped By Stalled Union Pacific Train
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Traffic in Midtown Sacramento was hampered by a stalled Union Pacific train.
The train started moving after more than an hour at around 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday. A broken coupling was to blame for the stoppage.
The affected area is along 19th Street in Midtown Sacramento, north of T Street.

Police advised people use freeways to avoid the blockage.
Train stalled on tracks blocking RSW trucks from midtown routes. Collection will be completed today - may occur after noon. Leave cans out.
