Memorial Day Service Cancelled At Dixon Veterans' Cemetery

DIXON (CBS13) – A veterans' cemetery in Dixon was forced to cancel its Memorial Day service because of the pandemic.
Sacramento Valley National Cemetery is about 25 miles southwest of Sacramento.
The cemetery features more than 33,000 flags – one for every headstone.
This year, the staff at the cemetery will conduct a private wreath-laying ceremony to officially commemorate Memorial Day.
