Man's Body Found In Modesto Canal
MODESTO (CBS13) – The body of a middle-aged man has been found in a Modesto canal Thursday afternoon.
Modesto Police tell CBS13 a passerby in the area of W. Briggsmore Avenue, east of McHenry Avenue, spotted the body in the canal around 2:44 p.m.
Authorities are now trying to get the body out of the water.
Traffic in the area is slowed as authorities continue their investigation.
