Man Arrested At Sacramento State Accused Of Indecent Exposure At Folsom Church

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A man carrying a hubcap was arrested after he was seen running through a Sacramento State parking structure, police said on Friday.

Chester Handley, 27, was reportedly spotted with the hubcap at around 7 a.m. on Friday by someone who called campus police. When they arrived, officers say Handley fled from them.

Handley was booked on a probation violation.

Before this arrest, he had been released from the Sacramento County Main Jail after a Thursday arrest for indecent exposure at a Folsom church.
