Cassidy faces charges of felony DUI and felony hit-and-run. He was also allegedly driving with a suspended license at the time.

He will be arraigned at the Yolo County Superior Court at 11 a.m. Cassidy's bail is set at $105,000.

CBS13 interviewed the injured motorcyclist in the hospital. The rider alleges Cassidy stopped and talked to him immediately after the crash, but refused to call for help and just drove away.

"I was just begging with him, pleading with him, 'Please call 911. I'm going to lose my hand. I'm going to bleed out,'" said Nikolas Kostelny, the injured motorcyclist.

Davis Police say a tip led them to Cassidy's location.
