Man Shot After Allegedly Breaking Into Home In Modesto

MODESTO (CBS13) - Police are investigating a shooting in Modesto that stemmed from what officer say was a family disturbance.

Officers were called to Coffee Road near Sylvan Meadows Drive just before 11 p.m. Thursday night on reports or a shooting.

They say a 27-year-old unidentified man was shot after he reportedly broke through the front door of a home.

He was taken to a hospital and is expected to be OK.

So far, no arrests have been made.
