Man Found Dead In Sacramento, Homicide Suspected

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Detectives say they are investigating for homicide after a man was found dead Friday night.

The man was found unresponsive in a home along the 2600 block of Franklin Boulevard, according to the Sacramento Police Department. Medics soon pronounced him dead and called officers to the scene.

Police say the man looks to have suffered some sort of trauma to his upper body, but what killed him isn't exactly clear at this point.

Witnesses are being interviewed by detectives and anyone with more relevant information about the case is asked to call police at (916) 264-5471.
