Man Arrested In Connection With Shooting Death Of Vallejo Woman; 2nd Suspect At Large
VALLEJO (CBS13) - Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man in connection with the shooting death of a woman outside her home over a year ago.
On August 3, 2016, A'Tierra Westbrook was leaving her home in the 300 block of Benicia Road in Vallejo to go to work when Isaiah Demetrius McClain, 26, of Vallejo, allegedly shot and killed her, according to a statement from the Solano County Sheriff's Department. But deputies say Westbrook didn't act alone. Richard Edward Hill, 38, of Vallejo, who also goes by the nickname "Perv", allegedly drove the getaway car.
Deputies think Hill could be armed and dangerous.
