Magnitude-3.5 Earthquake Hits Near Lake Tahoe

TAHOE VISTA (CBS13) — A magnitude-3.5 earthquake has hit just west of Tahoe Vista, according to the U.S. Geological Service.

The quake had a depth of about 4 miles and was on the northwest side of Lake Tahoe, southeast of Truckee.

The reported time of the earthquake was at 5:08 p.m. on Wednesday.
