Large Tree Falls Onto UC Davis Building
DAVIS (CBS13) – A big tree fell onto a building on the UC Davis campus during Thursday's storm.
Crews have been out since about 9 p.m. Thursday working on getting the tree off the Surge II building.
Officials say ground saturation caused looks to be to blame for the tree's demise.
The heavy tree looks to have damaged the roof of the building. Crews say that maintenance crews will fully assess the damage once the tree has been taken off the building.
