K9 Officer Jax Helps Remember Fallen Deputy Mark Stasyuk

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — As many mourned fallen Deputy Mark Stasyuk Saturday at his memorial service, one special officer helped assist with preparations for the day.

The Sacramento Police Canine Association shared photos of K9 Jax who was present during preparations for the memorial service.

Stasyuk was a four and a half year veteran of the Sheriff's Department and was killed in the line of duty last week.
