Johnny Garlic's Closes In Sacramento 19 Months After Converting From Tex Wasabi's

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) —One of Guy Fieri's restaurants unexpectedly closed its doors on Monday.

The chief operating officer of Johnny Garlic's on Arden Way in Sacramento told CBS13 the restaurant's lease on the building is expiring, and they decided not to renew it.

Employees have the option to transfer to the Roseville restaurant, which remains open.

The Arden Way location was converted from a Tex Wasabi's to a Johnny Garlic's after six years in Sacramento.
